This past week, My nieces and nephew from Mississippi came down to stay the night.  It just so happen to be the night we had a storm come through and we had no power.  Joe and I went over to Jessica's house and ate supper.  Maggie and I spent the night but Joe came on back home.  We had a blast.

Everyone was up dancing and Hannah bug got into the BOOTY dancing.  BAHAHA!  She's a mess.

They were cheering in this pic and was trying to hold Rikki up..HEHE!

Our family is growing....

Sorry this post is several weeks late but I am just now getting time. On July 7, 2011, hubby's bro and his exwife got back together. He went and got her and they moved back down here. We are beyond soo excited. We have been speding alot of time helping get everything situated around their house. We have had a BLAST.
I stopped by one day to see the kids after work and Chase was reading a magizine.  He's just like his daddy because as a child Joe loved to read all the time to.

Somebody was soo happy his daddy took him to get a 3DS.

Can't you tell he's soooo happy???  :))

They couldn't even pay attention to walk into McDonalds for supper.  lol  Joe acts like a 9 year old just like his son, Chase.  lol

Little Miss Hailey Alyssa.  She is sooo wild, but soo precious.  She was dancing for us.  I love it.  :)

Zoey and the kids were cooking for Sunday dinner today.  BBQ ribs.  :)  I don't usually eat meat with bones in it but these were really good I ate 1 of them.  lol

Leftovers...I guess that's what you call it.

I have decided to try something new.  One of the girls I work with was telling me how they cook everyday, but they try to prep ahead on some things.  Like cook hb's tonight and make enough to have some left for the next night and crumble it up for tacos.  Stuff like that, so this is what I came up with.  Chicken and dumplins made from leftover chicken.

Last Thursday, I made some homemade chicken and dumplins....All from scratch.  They were sooo good.  Last night, hubby grilled some boneless skinless chicken breast and we has SOO many left.  Soo, after eating some for breakfast this morning, there were still a good bit left.  This afternoon, I thought about the conversation a friend and I had and I was like what the hey.  I'm gonna try to make some chicken dumplins with this leftover chicken from last night. .

I went to the store and bought some chicken bullion cubs. I used 10 cups of water and 6 bullion cubs to make my chicken broth.

U had to add them to boiling water so that's exactly what I done.
Waiting on it to start boiling again.

Here is my grilled chicken from last night.  I'm cutting up 3 pieces.to use.

Flour

The flour/milk mixture.

Here are my dumplins made with leftover chicken.  They aren't done in this picture...I'm sure you could tell that.  lol

I wouldn't recomend  doing this one to anyone.  They were ok but was NOT near as good as when I boiled the chicken the onther day.  IDK about using other meats the next night for another dish but this one didn't work out as well as I had hoped.  lol  Maybe next time I will try something else but I will continue to make dumplins from scratch from now on.  :)

Mother adopts her own children.

http://www.nbcchicago.com/news/local/feigenholtz-adoption-law-125029134.htmlCheck this out!!!

Casey Anthony...NOT guilty.

Can you believe this? I sure can't. Casey Anthony killed her 2 year old daughter and has gotten away with it. With the Jury finding her NOT GUILTY, I guess Caylee wrapped duct tape around her head, climbed in 2 garbage bags and then a laundry bag, climbed in the trunk, and decided where she was going to jump out of the trunk. Really? I think NOT. Click on this link to read more about it.

Railroad Track Pictures of Maggie.

I love pictures taken on the railroad. I was supposed to take my BFF's pics on the railroad while she was pregnant but we never had time. I was bored the other night at my BIL's house so I took Maggie for a stroll. We ended up on the railroad tracks and this is what we got.

My beautiful "fur daughter"!!  She is the best baby in the whole world.  It's soo hard to get her to pay attention while trying to take her pictures but I do seem to get some good ones sometimes.  :)
I LOVE it.  Can you tell it was hot outside.  Maggie has her tongue stuck out in every pic.  HAHA!
I sure love my princess.

She's all tired but sooo very beautiful.
