50th anniversary/72 birthday

S-I-L and I were so exited for this day. August 14th 2011 is our hubby’s parents 50th anniversary and also F-I-L’s 72 birthday. We planned a small get together after church. Zoey and I got all the stuff for Taco Salad’s and she made 3cakes. 2 were Black Forest cakes and the other was her homemade choclate cake. OMGoodness. She is like the best cochurch, the normal crew had taco salad. After lunch, Zoey and I stalled until the rest of the clan came for dessert. Inlaws were very surprised. But hey, That’s the point. J

Inlaws with their baby boys.  :))

Inlaws with thier sons and their families.

As everyone was arriving, several told Joe and I it looked like we had a flat on the front passenger side of my car. I kind of ignored them because I thought they were just playing around with me. Little did I know they were not playing around with me. I was then very upset. Joe and his brother went out there and changed it and put the spare on it for the time being. It was very ugly. Lol. Needless to say, I had to go and get new tires the next day. Thank GOD I was off work that dayl

I love weddings. :))

On July 12th, 2011, my B-I-L got Married. That’s right. My hubby’s brother decided to get married. I was so happy. I had always wanted a S-I-L and since my brother has passed away, it was left up to my
B-I-L to give me one. Since they just went to the court house to get married, Bethany, Stephanie, and I went in together and had them a wedding reception at Bethany’s house. It turned out better than expected. Bethany made the cake herself and done a great job. Zoey’s fav color is red so that’s what we decorated in. Her and David were so happy when they got there. I think it was the best surprise ever. J Us girls also pitched in to give them some money to go toward their remodeling of their home. I wish them two, along with their kids, the best life imaginable. J

Introducing Sophia Grace Tanner.

I would like to introduce to you the newest addition to the Tanner family.  Her name is Sophia Grace Tanner.  She was born on June 22, 2011.  Getting Sophia was way different than getting Maggie. When I got Maggie, everything went very smooth. I received her medical records and her registration papers the day I bought her. With Sophia, that was not the case. The lady gave me her medical records but failed to have her registration papers. She promised to mail them to me in two days, that she should receive them the next day. With the way things went with Maggie I had no reason to doubt her. So, we got our baby and took off home. 3 weeks went by and NO REGISTERATION paper. R U serious? YEP!! It got so bad I had to call CKC and tell them what as going ok. They told me to call the breeder one more time and inform her I was gonna take legal action. I called breeder and I received her papers in the mail the next day. Really, if I could receive them the next day then she just completely lied to me. YEA, I’m soo NOT a fan of her anymore. I was recommending her to others but not anymore. I hope nobody ever buys another animal from that lady. UGH!!!

OMGoodness.

I can't believe it has been over a month since I have posted on my blog.  There has been soo much going on lately I just haven't had a chance.  I will try to update as much as I can but it will have to be in several different post.  I am so sorry I have left you in the dark about getting the newest addition to the Tanner family.  I know you are going to love her as much as Joseph, Maggie, and I do.
