My visit to the Kirkland Clinic!!

Here it is sometime around September 2006. I went to see a DR at the Kirkland Clinic in Birmingham. I found out that I have Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It is a disorder that occurs when levels of certain hormones are abnormal. Women with PCOS may have irregular or no menstrual periods, infertility, and excess hair growth. I was told that I could be able to concieve a child but I would have to have firtility drugs to help.. That was about just as bad as telling me I couldn't have a baby..I can't afford firtility. We don't have insurance and can't afford to get any. This was really devistating to me. I guess it's something I just have to live with.. :(
